When will I get my tracking number? You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and leaves our facility, which typically takes 1–3 business days.
My tracking number isn't working. Don't worry! It can take 24–48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system and update the status. Please check back after 24 hours.
Where is my order shipping from? Depending on stock availability, your order will ship from our primary location in North York, ON, or one of our partner fulfillment centers to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.
